Job Description
Staff Source is seeking a short term temp for Clerical/Administrative Assistant for a client in Glenwood, IL. Clerical/Administrative Assistant position will be Monday-Friday 9AM to 4PM and the pay rate will be $18. This can be from one to three month project.
Job Responsibilities:
• Inputting, updating customer files
• Enter data, maintain records and financial statements
• Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
• Assist front desk and other clerical duties including scanning documents, organizing, and filing
Job Requirements:
• Must pass a pre–employment drug test and background check
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 -2 years office experience required
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Visa)
• Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently with limited supervision
• Need to maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and multitasking are key skills to be successful in this position
