Focused on protecting the integrity and profitability of financial products, the full-time remote Fraud Investigator II will execute fraud and risk operations, conduct investigations into suspicious activities, and develop scalable fraud controls across the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities Execute operational risk and fraud review workflows across financial products, including identity verification investigations and account risk handling Perform manual investigations into suspicious behavior, application fraud, and chargeback-related abuse affecting financial products Monitor fraud and operational dashboards to identify trends and emerging threats, while supporting the development of operational procedures and controls Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in fraud operations, financial crime investigations, or KYC within fintech or high-risk transactional environments Strong knowledge of fraud prevention concepts, operational risk controls, and case investigation practices Ability to investigate complex cases with attention to detail and a high sense of ownership Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities Familiarity with fraud prevention or identity verification tools within fintech or payments environments is a plus
