Position Overview

Venture Solutions is seeking dependable Warehouse Kitting & Fulfillment Associates for a high-volume project at its Fort Worth facility.

This is a hands-on warehouse and production-support position focused on kitting, hand assembly, picking, packing, quality inspection, and preparing completed kits for USPS shipment .

The project is expected to have its highest staffing need from approximately October 5 through October 23, 2026 , with up to 20 associates needed. Strong performers may be considered for additional year-end assignments as staffing needs continue into November.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual kitting and hand-assembly tasks according to specific job instructions.
• Assemble materials and products into completed kits for outbound USPS mailing.
• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer and production requirements.
• Pack products into boxes and properly seal boxes for shipment.
• Inspect products and materials for defects before packing and shipping.
• Stack, organize, pack, and transport printed materials during various stages of production.
• Place completed materials on pallets and prepare products for the next stage of production or fulfillment.
• Read and follow detailed job instructions and specifications.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of completed products.
• Immediately report quality problems or discrepancies to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Assist with production setup and outbound fulfillment operations.
• Move between departments and work areas as needed to support production requirements.
• Follow established safety procedures, production processes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for daily startup meetings.
• Perform other warehouse, kitting, assembly, or production-support duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to identify quality issues and communicate them promptly.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced production team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends, when required.
• Ability to work across different departments or production areas as needed.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Stand for significant portions of the workday.
• Perform some duties while seated when appropriate.
• Frequently move throughout the production and warehouse facility.
• Regularly handle printed materials, products, boxes, and other supplies.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, or carry 20+ pounds .
• Perform repetitive packing, assembly, and material-handling activities.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience helps, but we will also consider candidates with transferable warehouse or production experience. Preferred backgrounds include:

• Kitting/hand assembly
• Pick and pack
• Warehouse fulfillment
• Packaging
• Shipping and receiving
• Production or manufacturing
• General warehouse operations
• Print or mail fulfillment

2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not necessarily required for otherwise qualified candidates.

Project Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking immediate first-shift warehouse work. This project has no traditional interview process. Selected candidates will complete the required onboarding process and receive training when they begin the assignment.

The initial need is project-based; however, top-performing associates may be considered for additional year-end opportunities as staffing needs continue into November.

Work Authorization

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
